CG International

The activities  allow participants to demonstrate their capabilities and experiences in response to a set of skill activities. The activities focus on one or more aspects of the model, and  demonstrate by individuals in many different ways. The competition allows participants to use their preferred choice in learning and answering in their attempts to complete the skill station.

 The competition is team based, but is performed by individuals, so that their team results are dependant on their individual performances and on their ability to work in a team. The individual can always get advice from the team and can get other team members to help, but it is the individual’s decision to do so. This puts the onus on the individual, and yet the team result is the goal.
